Qualification and competition

Official work starts only after eligibility.

Official attempts remain fixed-quota, eligibility-gated and server-authoritative. Hidden seeds and scoring authority stay server-side.

Mission Credits purchase optional practice only. They never purchase, restore or increase official attempts.
